Alexandra (Alex) C. Rozell is an associate attorney at McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily in the area of real estate law where she represents buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial sales, financing, leasing and related transactions. Alex has particular experience with Small Business Administration financing and obtaining liquor licenses and related approvals from the New York State Liquor Authority. In addition, Alex practices in the area of corporate law and has handled corporate formations and dissolutions, including on behalf of not-for-profit entities.
A native of Glens Falls, Alex graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College in 2011, and graduated cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2014. Alex joined the firm in 2025 with over ten years’ experience in private practice. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Warren County Bar Association where she currently serves as Secretary, the New York State Bar Association, and is a member of the Board of the Glens Falls Senior Center.
