Mary K. Coseo focuses her practice in general civil litigation including the areas of medical malpractice defense, business litigation, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Coseo worked at GE Power in Schenectady, NY, where she negotiated and drafted commercial terms and conditions for multi-million dollar complex, extended scope and turnkey power plant contracts, subcontracts and consortium agreements worldwide. In addition, while at GE, Ms. Coseo developed settlement strategies and mitigated liquidated damages, insurance, warranty and other commercial and contract claims. In 2014, Ms. Coseo graduated as one of ten women globally from the GE Power Women’s Accelerated Leadership Program, an 18-month intensive professional development program to excel and promote. She is GE Project Management University and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certified and has completed numerous GE Crotonville leadership courses. Ms. Coseo received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University and then attended the University at Buffalo Law School where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She has been admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Supreme Court.
