This includes the preparation of wills, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney. When appropriate we also utilize LLCs to help transition assets to the next generation. We have significant experience helping families throughout the Adirondacks and Lake George area ensure that their family cottages and camps will pass to the next generation. We also prepare revocable and irrevocable lifetime trusts and testamentary trusts of various degrees of complexity.
