Edward P. Fitzgerald is a Managing Partner in the firm and a native of Glens Falls. Mr. Fitzgerald represents private and non-profit businesses and landowners in a broad spectrum of matters, with a special emphasis on Business and Corporate Law, Healthcare Law, and Real Property Law matters. He brings constructive solutions to his clients’ business needs, including acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and commercial property leasing, sales, and purchases. Mr. Fitzgerald also provides representation for commercial financing and general counsel to local banking and healthcare organizations. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
